Garthamlock, Ruchazie and Craigend Parish Church (GRaC) is an open and affirming church. We are a friendly, diverse and enthusiastic congregation in the East End of Glasgow.
Worship at GACE is relaxed and informal. Services take place at 11:30am every Sunday, and we gather round the communion table on the first Sunday of every month. Our children are an integral part of our service, but we are down in numbers at present and carry out activities on an ad hoc basis.

The congregation typically sings a mixture of modern and traditional hymns, with music provided via the AV system and the lyrics projected onto the twin screens in the sanctuary, while the children love joining in with Fischy Music songs. The screens are also used for projected liturgies and for adding enhancements to the sermon (images, videos etc.).
There are no pews in our church, pick your seat and enjoy worship with us. As our service is on the projector screens, we don’t normally use hymn books. This helps us cater for those with poor sight. We also have a hearing loop system.
We always meet for tea/coffee after our Sunday service and often have homemade scones/baking. If not, a biscuit is always available.
Our congregation is linked locally with our sister church Stepps.
Special services throughout the year include Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (Some services may be held in Stepps). In addition, during regular worship the congregation celebrates World Day of Prayer, Girls’ Brigade re-dedication, and Harvest thanksgiving.
Why not come visit and join us as we gather to worship each Sunday at 11:30am.
If you can’t join us in person some our Worship Service are live streamed on our YouTube channel.
